Pipeline

Every deal has a stage and a next move

The board shows each stage's conversion against your goal. Follow-ups carry due dates, and the forecast is weighted by stage so you can plan the month.

Calls

Your own booking page and call room

Guests book on your page and join your room from the browser with just a name. Studio Stream sends your DAW audio into the call at full quality.

Studio Stream

StudioLink is a native macOS plugin and driver, in beta, that puts your DAW or interface output on the line as lossless audio, at the session's own sample rate. Every guest is told the call is recorded before they join.

The call room mid-session: four in the room, the host's tile carrying lossless DAW audio, the artist speaking, per-track recording running, the Mixer rail open and a fifth guest waiting to be admitted.

Projects and portal

Projects run from deposit to delivery

A won deal becomes a project with stages, deliverables and a view of whose move it is. One link hands the client their own page for the files, the review and the invoice.

Catalogue

Show clients your work, one private page at a time

Show a prospect or a client the work that fits them. Upload masters in bulk, group tracks into a private listening page for each recipient, and see every open, play and full listen.

The catalogue library: ten masters with cover art, artist, genre and tempo, a waveform preview and a duration on each row, the bulk drop zone above them, and the play, full-listen and download counters for the last thirty days.

Your library, in the workspace: drop masters in, and every one of them is ready to group into a listening page for one recipient.

Planner and metrics

Today's calls, deliverables and follow-ups, in order

The planner lists today's calls, deliverables and follow-ups, overdue first. Metrics track close rate, pipeline value and forecast against your goals.

Overdue first

On your phone

The whole workspace, in your pocket

Check the board between sessions, clear follow-ups from the sofa and chase an invoice from the airport. Everything you send opens on your client's phone the same way: the pitch, the portal, the booking page.

The other side of the link

What your client sees

Everything above is your side of the workspace. This is theirs: the pitch they open, the mix they review, the call they book. All of it from a link, none of it needing an account.

The client opens a private listening page

Every pitch mints a listening page addressed to one recipient: sequenced tracks, waveforms, play-all, downloads if you allow them. It reads like a release, not a folder of files.

  • One link per recipient, so you know exactly who is listening
  • Every open, play, full listen and download reported back live
  • Genre chips, track search and continuous play
The pitch as its recipient opens it: cover art, a “Prepared for Jane” eyebrow, play-all transport and sequenced tracks with waveforms.

Common questions

Is dark label. included with Dark Label Music?

Yes. Current clients get the workspace as part of working with us. There is nothing extra to buy, and it is not sold separately.

Do my clients need accounts?

No. The portal, listening pages, booking pages and call rooms all work from a link.

Where does the money go when a client pays?

To your Stripe account, then your bank. The platform never holds your money.

What switches on later?

Modules marked Later are built in. Our team switches them on for your account when you need them.
